bittersweet chocolate, nutty and smoky
Between the states of São Paulo and Minas Gerais in Brazil, Mogiana is known as one of the top tier areas of coffee production in the country. This particular crop is produced by Cooperativa Regional de Cafeicultores em Guaxupé (Cooxupé), a cooperative that boasts over 14,000 members and has existed since 1937. Processed at drying mills, this coffee is left with intense flavors. Roasted dark, it is a favorite for espresso drinks. While sipping on our doppio, we get hints of bittersweet chocolate complimented by the smokiness and nutty aromas.
