Between the states of São Paulo and Minas Gerais in Brazil, Mogiana is known as one of the top tier areas of coffee production in the country. This particular crop is processed at drying mills, this coffee is left with intense flavors. Roasted dark, it is a favorite for espresso drinks. While sipping on our doppio, we get hints of bittersweet chocolate complemented by the smokiness and nutty aromas.
