Can I choose whole bean or ground?
Yes — both supported. Ground coffee is +$0.99/lb and ground to order for your shipment.
Can I mix different coffees in one subscription?
Yes. The subscription builder lets you combine multiple coffees in one order. Mix a standard and a select, for example.
Can I pause or cancel?
Yes. Skip, pause, or cancel any time from your account. No phone calls, no retention scripts.
How much coffee do I need?
A rough guide: 1 lb lasts about 2 weeks for one regular drinker. Two people — try 2 lb every 2 weeks to start. Adjust after the first few shipments.
Is the coffee roasted fresh?
Every subscription bag is roasted the week of your shipment. We do not pull from stock.
What is the minimum order?
Minimum 2 lb per shipment. Free shipping kicks in at 3 lb.
