We share order data with our payment processor (Stripe) and shipping partner (ShippingEasy) as needed to complete your order. These services have their own privacy policies.

We use essential cookies for cart functionality. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Village Roaster rewards program and texts

What we collect. The phone number you enter at the check-in tablet in our stores; optionally your first name and email; your visits (date, time and store), rewards earned and used, and tasting-log items; and records of your text consent.

How we use it. To count your visits, give you rewards, and send the texts and emails you agreed to.

Service providers. Twilio (texts), Amazon Web Services (email) and Cloudflare (hosting), only to run the program.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Emails include an unsubscribe link. To see, correct or delete your information, use our contact form or ask at the counter.
